Confit Kitchens founder Robert Fallone is a fourth-generation homebuilder. Over two decades in the industry, he has built and renovated hundreds of homes in central New Jersey. Confit Kitchens brings together a vast network of industry professionals, unrivaled experience, and particular attention to detail to bring your dream kitchen to life on time and within budget. 

The inspiration behind the name Confit Kitchens originates from the French cooking style confit (pronounced kōn-’fē), a style that takes no shortcuts in cooking meat, such as duck, and the process yields fantastic rich flavors. In the same way, Confit Kitchen approaches every project with a process that takes no shortcuts, and the process delivers fantastic results.

About the Founder

Robert has achieved numerous accolades over his two decades of dedication as a homebuilder and remodeling contractor.

Robert was the youngest President of the New Jersey Builder’s Association. He has received awards for his renovation work on both a state and local level. In addition, he has received numerous state and national awards for his dedication to the real estate industry. 

At 32, Robert was inducted into the New Jersey Builder’s Association Hall of Fame. He was named Young Professional of the Year and Custom Home Builder One to Watch by the National Association of Home Builders. In addition, the Professional Builder Magazine and NJBIZ Forty named Robert to their under-40 lists.  

He was named Builder of the Year by the New Jersey Builders Association and Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association. In addition, he has won Kitchen Renovation of the Year from the New Jersey Builders Association and dozens of awards for renovation and new construction projects.
